Handmade in Sheffield
All of my ice creams & sorbets are handmade using real ingredients including organic milk, cream, free range eggs, fresh fruit, and locally foraged leaves and blossom.
Enjoy Fresh
Small batch ice creams are packed full of fresh ingredients and are made to be eaten as soon as possible! This is because even after freezing, ice crystals continue to grow and flavours change during storage.
Ice creams scoop best at around -12°c but will be stored in your freezer at -18°c or below — remove from the freezer for 5-10 minutes before enjoying to bring to perfect scooping consistency.
Allergens
Whilst every effort is made to avoid any cross-contamination, products are made in a kitchen that handles other allergens. I am therefore unable to guarantee the absence of any allergen. Please contact me for more information.
Deliveries
I am currently trialling deliveries locally within Sheffield one day each week — starting with Wednesdays (but this may vary).
We will deliver within approximately 3.5 miles of the city centre (driving distance from the city centre). The checkout is not intelligent enough to work this out from your postcode, so if you are further afield or have any queries please contact me at richard@fennells.co
Free delivery for orders over £20 — discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.
Free delivery on all orders is offered to residents of Park Hill.
Payments
You may pay for your order using card via the website, or please contact me at richard@fennells.co if you wish to pay by cash, bank transfer or by card in person.
Please note that ApplePay can be temperamental. Check that your transaction has been processed and if not contact me or try an alternate payment method.

Refunds & Returns
Thank you for shopping at Fennell’s — your support means so much for my business. I aim to make the best quality ice cream every time and hope that you enjoy it. Due to the nature of the product, I do not accept returns, but if for whatever reason you have not enjoyed your ice cream then please let me know directly at richard@fennells.co for a refund.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy and the security of your personal information is important to me and will never be sold or shared with unauthorised parties. When you place your order you’ll be asked for email and/or contact number which we will use to contact you to arrange an appropriate time for delivery or collection. We will text but may call if delivery is short notice or if we can’t get hold of you. By joining the mailing list your email address will be used for the sole purpose of joining the Fennell’s newsletter. By joining the WhatsApp group you consent to your number being visible to everyone else in the WhatsApp group.
