Beautifully fragrant, herbal green cardamom with the spices signature citrus-floral flavour and a hint of menthol. A perfect partnership with local Yorkshire rhubarb.

The rhubarb is grown in darkness and harvested by candlelight. Growing in the dark gives the rhubarb a beautiful pink hue and a sweeter, more delicate flavour than outdoor-grown rhubarb whilst retaining the vegetable’s signature sourness.

Ice Cream [Milk, Double Cream (Milk), Yorkshire Rhubarb, Sugar, Skimmed Mi lk Powder (Milk, Vitamin A, Vitamin D),  Green Cardamom, Locust Bean Gum, Beetroot Juice, Sea Salt, Carrageenan]; Powdered Yorkshire Rhubarb.

Made in a kitchen that handles dairy, nuts, gluten, eggs, soy, sesame, alcohol and other allergens. Unfortunately I am unable to guarantee the absence of any allergen. Please ask for more details.

Serving

Remove from the freezer for 5-10 minutes before enjoying to bring to perfect scooping consistency.
