The rhubarb is grown in darkness and harvested by candlelight. Growing in the dark gives the rhubarb a beautiful pink hue and a sweeter, more delicate flavour than outdoor-grown rhubarb whilst retaining the vegetable’s signature sourness.

Ice Cream [Milk, Sugar, Double Cream (Milk), Free Range Egg Yolk, Skimmed Mi lk Powder (Milk, Vitamin A, Vitamin D), Madagascan Vanilla Pod, Locust Bean Gum, Sea Salt]; Rhubarb Ripple [Yorkshire Rhubarb, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Organic Vanilla Paste (Vanilla Extract (Water, Ethanol, Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Seeds), Sugar, Inulin, Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum, Guar gum)].
