Ice Cream [Organic Milk, Sugar, Double Cream (Milk), Free Range Egg Yolk, Créme Fraîche (Milk), Light Brown Sugar, Glucose, Dark Rum, Skimmed Milk Powder (Milk, Vitamin A, Vitamin D), Madagascan Vanilla Pod, Locust Bean Gum, Sea Salt]; Candied Ginger [Ginger, Cane Sugar, Citric Acid, Preservative: sodium metabi sulphite]. Contains alcohol @ ≤0.5%.
