Intergalactic Sgroppino

The Pearl @ Park Hill recently released their new 'Hauntology' menu featuring a very special 'Intergalactic Sgroppino' cocktail with Green Grape & Oolong Tea sorbet.

The grapes were grown on our own allotment, less than half a mile away from The Pearl. Oolong tea brings a creamy, nutty flavour, whilst whole lemon adds brightness.

The sorbet is expertly paired with Tanqueray No.TEN Gin, Dill Wine, Champagne fermented Rhubarb, and bubbles. (An alcohol-free version is also available).

(I can also personally recommend a shot of ice cold sake over a sorbet for a quick and easy 'posh' dessert!)
